Hong Kong Disneyland Travel Guide

Disneyland is dedicated to the ideals, the dreams, and the hard facts that have created America, with the hope that it will be a source of joy and inspiration to all the world. —Walter E. Disney
Disneyland is the nearest place to happiness, which is why so many people are into the place. According to a market survey, Disneyland has a larger cumulative attendance than any other theme park in the world, with over 650 million guests since it opened. In 2011, the park hosted approximately 16.14 million guests, making it the second most visited park in the world that calendar year. According to a March 2005 report from the Disney Company, there are 65,700 jobs supported by the Disneyland Resort.
Hong Kong Disneyland
Hong Kong Disneyland Park consists of eight themed "lands" and a number of concealed backstage areas, and occupies approximately 85 acres Fantasyland is the area of Disneyland of which Walt Disney said, "What youngster has not dreamed of flying with Peter Pan over moonlit London, or tumbling into Alice's nonsensical Wonderland? In Fantasyland, these classic stories of everyone's youth have become realities for youngsters – of all ages – to participate in." Fantasyland was originally styled in a medieval European fairground fashion, but its 1983 refurbishment turned it into a Bavarian village. Attractions include several dark rides, the King Arthur Carrousel, and various family attractions.
Another top spot in Hong Kong Disneyland is Adventureland, which is designed to recreate the feel of an exotic tropical place in a far-off region of the world. "To create a land that would make this dream reality", said Walt Disney, "we pictured ourselves far from civilization, in the remote jungles of Asia and Africa." Attractions include opening day's Jungle Cruise, the "Temple of the Forbidden Eye" in Indiana Jones Adventure, and Tarzan's Treehouse, which is a conversion of the earlier Swiss Family Robinson Tree House from the Walt Disney film, Swiss Family Robinson. Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room which is located at the entrance to Adventureland is the first feature attraction to employ Audio-Animatronics, a computer synchronization of sound and robotics.
In addition to the attractions, Disneyland provides live entertainment throughout the park. Most of the mentioned entertainment is not offered daily, but only on selected days of the week, or selected periods of the year. Disneyland staff use theatrical terminology to emphasize that a visit to the park is intended to be similar to witnessing a performance.
Ocean Park
Visitors are referred to as "guests" and park employees as "cast members". Many Disney characters can be found throughout the park, greeting visitors, interacting with children, and posing for photos. Disneyland has featured a number of different parades traveling down the park's central Main Street – Fantasyland corridor. There have been daytime and nighttime parades that celebrated Disney films or seasonal holidays with characters, music, and large floats.
It can be easy to be happy, the thing is, you have to get yourself out of the place you are tired of. Booking a Hong Kong disneyland package tour may be a good choice. Disneyland is must go place during Hong Kong city tours.

Travel to Ruoergai Grassland in Tibet

Ruoergai Grassland is a peculiar area at the edge of Tibetan Plateau. The altitude is between 3300 meters and 3600 meters. Comparing with the middle and eastern part of China, it is a plateau. But comparing with other parts of Tibetan Plateau, it is a basin, surrounded by Mount Min, Mount Guoluo, Mount Animaqing and Mount Xiqing. Ruoergai Grassland is the second largest grassland in China, following the Hulunbeir Grassland. In Tibetan language, the grassland means “the place where gods live”. Numerous lakes spread inside the grassland including the famous Flower Lake.
Ruoergai Grassland
The major rivers run on Ruoergai Grassland are Gequ, Moyu and Requ. The abundant water resource and mountains make the grassland an attractive scenery. It is cold on the grassland. The yearly average temperature is between 0 and 2 degree Celsius. The annual average rainfall is about 600 to 700 millimeters. Summer is the best timing to Ruoergai. It is cool and the visibility is good. The grasses are all bluish green, seemingly extending to the line between earth and sky. In June, Ruoergai Grassland will become the world of flowers. Those flowers are not well-known species. They are small colorful wild flowers. Their quantity is so astonishing that it is like that they have been saving their energy and burst it all out for the moment.
The Zoige wolf on Ruoergai Grassland is another remarkable feature. Here in the Ruoergai Grassland inhabited many rare animals like black-necked crane, white swan, Tibetan duck, white stork, sika deer, and small panda. The Zoige wolf no doubt is the king in this realm. It is quite often to see them on the grassland. You can observe them from a long distance. Don’t disrupt their life by getting too close.

What to Do in Guilin

What to Do in Guilin? Recommend you the world-famous Yang Causeway County, is located in the northern portion of Yangshuo County. The township government took the dyke Yang Causeway as the place where troops are stationed, which is 39 kilometers away from the city of Yang Causeway County and 50 kilometers away from Guilin City, occupying a total area of about 102.8 square kilometers.
Yang Causeway1
The long stretch of the Lijiang River with "one mountain, one river and one poem" is just like a ink and color landscape painted scroll, which is said to be "paintings of poetry and poetry in paintings", reaching the highest artistic boundary and forming the clear and traditional features of ethnic groups.
If we compare the Lijiang River to a long lyric poetry, then the part from Guilin to Caoping is only a preliminary of the poem while the part from Caoping to Yang Causeway is the major melody of it, where the canopy of the heavens slowly opened on the curtains, all you see before you is the Yangshuo County of indescribable beauty.
The Yang Causeway resort starts from the Yang Causeway Guanyan village in the north, and then comes to the Xingping sightseeing area. The river section that stretches for as long as 18 kilometers, is considered to be the golden part of the Lijiang River.
The Yang Causeway road is said to be just 12 kilometers away from the second-grade highway of Guilin. The Yang Causeway is a typical mountain area with unique customs, simple and honest folkway. Here you can keep far away from urban sound pollution, and hear the silence of wonderland free of modern industry's pollution. This section of the river ran meanderingly through the area, which made a unique traditional Chinese painting with its clear water and clusters of pinnacles, the thick scenes of steep mountains and mountain-shadows and luxuriant tree groves.
The County of Yang Causeway belongs to the typical lava landscape area. Mountains rise straight up within its territory. Much of its landscape is what has been aptly described as "nine mountains with half water and half field." Here you could have a hearty experience of nature's primeval beauty and quietness of Yang Causeway, where the river is just looking like the green ribbon while the mountains resembled jade hairpin.
Yang Causeway3
The most attractive places are Xiangba Island, Banbian Qidu, The Glimpses of the Moon, Moonlight Island, Water Curtain Cave, and the Spectacular of Lang Stone. During the low-flow seasons, Yang Causeway is considered as the sailing shore where visitors could cruise the Li River by tourist boat. The scenery in this region is the essence of the beautiful sights along the Li River.
Apart from the splendid view, it also has charming and gentle rurality scenes such as the mountain peaks, waterfalls, fresh green vegetation and water villages, which all of them are enchanting as if with a magic spell. Here you could have the option of going bamboo rafting and tracing the river down. The spectacular scenery with meandering flow water and picturesque cragged peaks is closely linked.
